B.C.’s Agricultural Land Reserve, “the most important land use decision in B.C.’s history” turns 40 on April 18.

On April 18th our beloved Agricultural Land Reserve turns 40. The Farmland Defence League invites you to join us in one of two events to celebrate this milestone of the world’s first farmland reserve.

The Farmland Defence League is bringing together the MLAs of 1974 of all political stripes to honour the courage and vision they demonstrated in creating the world’s first farmland reserve. Join Bob Williams, Harold Steves, David Anderson and the rest of the 1974 MLA’s
